Welcome to Beyond the Boundary!
Our first bulletin concentrates on the current opportunities, courses and support that
is available to umpires and scorers. Without qualified umpires and scorers we just
wouldn’t be able to “Get the Game On” so we encourage all clubs to forward this
information on to any of your members who maybe interested in taking their first
steps into cricket officiating
INTERESTED IN BECOMING A CRICKET UMPIRE OR
SCORER IN HERTFORDSHIRE?
Come along to an introductory meeting to find out how to get started and what
opportunities there are for umpires and scorers at all levels.
This event is open to anyone who may be interested in supporting cricket by
umpiring or scoring at any level, from junior softball to adult cricket, regardless of
their current experience of, or involvement with, the sport.
Everyone is welcome, however please note that there is an age restriction of 14 or
older for men or women to begin umpiring. This doesn’t mean young people below
